Chef Drew will joined by special guests Stephanie Mutz and Travis Meyer for our Fresh Seafood Workshop on November 18. Stephanie is a professional urchin diver, and Travis a commercial fisherman and our main supplier of fresh fish. Each will talk about how to break down and prep their respective catches, after which chef Drew will assist you in preparing a delicious meal from the freshest seafood on the planet, caught right here on the Central Coast. Take fresh uni and a fish dinner home with you.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of class time, but participant substitutions are accepted. Chef Drew reserves the right to give extra cheese to participants who have positive attitudes and love to create delicious, wholesome food.
